We want buying from Dots. Weddings to be as easy as using it. Here, in plain language, is everything you need to know before you buy.

1. Who sells

Dots. Weddings is the wedding line of Dots. Memories, operated by Publicidad Kalepolin, S.L. For any questions, write to us at info@dotsmemories.app.

2. What you buy

On this site we offer digital wedding experiences, one-time payment and no subscription:

• The Confessional — €29.90 (one-time payment).
• The Secret Mission — €19.99 for the base experience (one-time payment); each extra category costs €6.99.

The Album for Everyone is purchased separately, according to the plans available at dotsmemories.app.

All prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes.

3. Payment

Payment is made by card through a secure payment gateway (Stripe). We don’t store your card details: the charge is processed directly by the gateway.

4. Delivery

As these are digital products, access is immediate: as soon as payment is confirmed you can start using your experience. There are no physical shipments and no waiting times.

5. Right of withdrawal

By law you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from a purchase. However, in the case of digital content that is delivered and starts running immediately, by completing the purchase you consent to that immediate start and accept that, once execution has begun, you lose your right of withdrawal (this is the exception set out in art. 103.m of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users).

That said, what matters to us is that you’re happy: if something goes wrong or isn’t what you expected, write to us at info@dotsmemories.app and we’ll sort it out.

6. Warranty and support

If you have any problem with your purchase, or need help before, during or after the wedding, we’re at info@dotsmemories.app. We reply personally.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law and applicable EU consumer legislation. Nothing written here limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.
